Near to the Airport, trasportation Service from and to the Airport. Good Value for the price. Rich breakfast. Proper and helpful staff.
A beautiful and accommodating boutique type hotel only 5 minutes from Miami International Airport. We flew clients in from Hong Kong for a series of meetings there and the service and staff were awesome. The fully equipped business center was excellent as well. A bonus was the Catch of the Day seafood restaurant located next door to the hotel. Food was absolutely fantastic.
The front desk staff are excellent at all moment I will like to take this opportunity to give my special thanks to the front desk lady Darlin Gonzalez, her name speaks for her very nice lady always with a smile to greet you helpfull, also the other lady Shirley wonderful lady also with a pleasant smile on her face, Nuria friendly lady nice personality, and Mr Javier and I also had the opportunity to meet on my check out Mr Rolando very respectable young man pleasant and polite way to treat his customer thank you all keep up the good work guys. I heard they have a new owner now to the new owner please continue to keep up the Good works and if any changes let it be positive ones, by starting to have an ice machine at the third floor is very annoying to go to the 4floor and fineout no ice machine empty and you all remove the microwave that you had on the 3 floor was very helpfull there for all your guess I have been going to your hotel Regency for over 30 plus years sometimes three times a year over the years I have seen a lot of positive changes, the Restaurant staff is very friendly the two gentle man server and the Beutiful young lady that is always there to great you with a big smile like the one that Darlin the front des lady always give to her customer, please continue to treat your employees the best they is wow let you make your money, last but not the least the reservation lady that took my reservation I get the opportunity the meet her in person good friendly young lady and beutifull good personality, also mr Javier lopez nice person. Thank you all so much Ricardo Jackson see you all soon. Pd housekeeping is excellent and the bus drivers and bellman thank you.
The hotel staff was amazing! From the front desk to the dining room. Everyone was polite; courteous, and rendered service with alacrity. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
